Central Oregon Barrel Racing Association

Central Oregon Barrel Racing Association (COBRA) is an All-Around series designed for all women to compete while having a fun and a relaxing day.  COBRA also allows young girls and boys to attend as well.  We hold a monthly jackpot at the Crook County Fair Grounds located in Prineville, Oregon.  We welcome all levels of competitors from beginners to advanced. Our classes include Open (Women), Juniors, and Pee Wees.  At COBRA you can compete in Barrel Racing, Pole Bending, Stake Race, Goat Tying, Breakaway Roping, Steer Daubing, and Team Roping.

                                 2017/2018 DATES

Thank You to everyone that joined us for the Awards. We had a business meeting and had a few unresolved issues that we decided to table for a future date.

Agenda Items Include:

Secretary/Treasurer position - we did not have anyone present at the meeting who wanted to volunteer for this position. We need to fill this position as either a volunteer or paid position. We need to discuss and vote on this.

Daubing - we had a split house on whether or not to continue with this event.

If you have an opinion on these issues, please plan to attend the meeting/pot luck October 4th.
